Hans Bogers werd in het Radboud UMC in Nijmegen en het Arnhems Radiotherapeutisch Instituut (ARTI) opgeleid tot radiotherapeut-oncoloog. Voordat hij bij Radiotherapiegroep ging werken heeft hij in het Universitair Medisch Centrum in Groningen (UMCG) gewerkt als radiotherapeut-oncoloog.
